PNS 156:2000 – Sanitary wares – Specification

เครื่องสุขภัณฑ์ที่นำเข้าไปยังประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ (Imported sanitary ware products)

เป็นมาตรฐานบังคับตามกฎหมายด้านความปลอดภัย (Safety) ตามประกาศ List of Products under Mandatory Certification as of 22 August 2011

กำหนดให้ผู้นำเข้าต้องยื่นจดทะเบียน ICC (Import Commodity Clearance) กับหน่วยงาน BPS หรือ DTI จังหวัด โดยเอกสารที่ใช้ในการจดทะเบียน ประกอบด้วย:

Packing List
Certified true copy of Import entry
Commercial invoice
Bill of Lading/Airway bill
Certified true copy of Custom’s Examiner’s Findings
DTI Business Registration Certificate/SEC Registration Certificate
Summary of Batch Number of the product covered by the mandatory standard
Power of Attorney
Board resolution
Original copy of test reports from the Accredited Testing Laboratory of the country of origin

นอกจากนี้ มาตรฐานระบุให้เครื่องสุขภัณฑ์ต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบ (Product evaluation) โดยวิธีการสุ่มเพื่อเตรียมชุดตัวอย่างจำนวน 2 ชุด/type/model/brand โดยชุดแรกส่งทดสอบ ณ BPS Testing Center หรือห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบที่ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียน (ชุดแรกใช้สำหรับ Independent tests) และชุดที่สองใช้เป็น Reference Sample ในกรณีที่ต้องทำการตรวจสอบซ้ำ (Retest) ทั้งนี้ ภายหลังการสุ่มตัวอย่างต้องทำการส่งไปยังห้องปฏิบัติการทดสอบภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง

ทั้งนี้ ต้องมีการติดแสดงฉลากและเครื่องหมาย ICC Number และ ICC Logo (ฉลากต้องติดแน่นถาวร ไม่ลอกหลุดได้โดยง่าย) รวมถึง รายละเอียดของผู้นำเข้า เช่น เครื่องหมาย/สัญลักษณ์ มาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้า Type/model/brand ของเครื่องสุขภัณฑ์ และระบุ Production lot/batch
