มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยสำหรับของเล่น (Toy Safety Standard)

สำหรับของเล่น มาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย (Toy Safety Standard) อ้างอิงตาม EN-71 โดยไต้หวันมีการกำหนดมาตรฐานของเล่น ดังต่อไปนี้

• CNS 4797 (general requirements)
• CNS 4797-1 (flammability)
• CNS 4797-2 (migration of certain elements)
• CNS 4797-3 (safety aspects related to mechanical and physical properties);
• CNS 4797-4 (experimental sets for chemistry and related activities); and
• CNS 4797-5 (chemical toys (sets) other than experimental sets)

นอกจากนี้ ผู้ผลิต/ผู้นำเข้า ต้องติดแสดงฉลาก ระบุรายละเอียด:

(1) ชื่อสินค้า (Name of the commodity)

(2) ชื่อผู้ผลิตหรือผู้นำเข้า หมายเลขโทรศัพท์และที่อยู่ ถิ่นกำเนิดของ

(3) องค์ประกอบ/รายละเอียดของสินค้า (Contents or composition of the commodity)

(i) ส่วนประกอบหลัก วัสดุ (Major components/ingredients or materials)

(ii) น้ำหนักสุทธิ ปริมาณหรือการวัดตามหน่วยสากล (Net weight, volume or quantity, or measurements which shall be labeled in statutory measuring units, other measurements may be added , when it is deemed necessary)

(4) วันที่ผลิตและวันหมดอายุ (Date of manufacture in Chinese calendar or Gregorian calendar; and the expiration date or the term of validity, if the commodity has a limited duration of storage)

(5) ข้อมูลอื่นๆ ตามที่กำหนดโดยกฎหมาย เช่น ความเป็นอันตราย คำแนะนำในการใช้งาน เป็นต้น (Other particulars as required by the Central Government Competent authority. Where the products pose hazard, health or safety problems to consumers, they shall be labeled the intended uses, instruction of uses and methods of maintenance)
