New WEEE Directive Directive 2012/19/EU Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) – RECAST

เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์

ระเบียบเศษเหลือทิ้งของผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพื่อการกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันการเพิ่มปริมาณของซากผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยส่งเสริมการนำชิ้นส่วน/วัสดุกลับคืน (Recovery) และการใช้ซ้ำ/การนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ (Recycle/reuse) โดยผ่านระบบการรับคืน (Return) และการจัดเก็บรวบรวม (Collection) ของผู้ผลิต และเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมอันเกิดจากการกำจัดซาก

ทั้งนี้ WEEE มุ่งเน้นการคุ้มครอง การปกป้อง และการปรับปรุงคุณภาพของสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อป้องกันสุขภาพของมนุษย์และการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ

กฎระเบียบ Directive 2012/19/EU WEEE – RECAST มีความเชื่อมโยงกับกฎระเบียบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าประเภทเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อาทิเช่น

• DIRECTIVE 2009/125/EC establishing a framework for the setting of ecodesign requirements for energy-related products (recast)
